BACKGROUND OF THE EVENT
在全球经济一体化和区域合作日益紧密的大背景下，2024年5月31日，省委副书记、省长毛伟明在长沙会见了泰国工业部部长苹帕达·威猜军率领的泰国访华代表团。此次高级别会晤是标志着中泰合作关系进一步深化，也是中部地区重要的经济和贸易活动——第十三届中国中部投资博览会期间进行的。
Against the backdrop of global economic integration and growing regional cooperation, on May 31, 2024, Mao Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the province, met in Changsha with a delegation from Thailand visiting China led by Minister of Industry Pimpada Wichaijun. The high-level meeting took place on the sidelines of the 13th Central China Investment Expo (CCIE), which marks the further deepening of China-Thailand cooperative relations and an important economic and trade event in the central region.

湖南与泰国作为贸易合作伙伴，双边贸易额在2023年达到了25.2亿美元，且在泰国设立了130家境外投资企业。此次会见双方回顾了两地友好往来的持续扩大和经贸合作的丰硕果实，同时展望了在资源禀赋、产能合作等领域的互补性。
As trading partners, Hunan and Thailand have a bilateral trade volume of 2.52 billion USD in 2023 and have set up 130 overseas investment enterprises in Thailand. The meeting reviewed the continuous expansion of friendly exchanges and fruitful economic and trade cooperation between the two places, while looking forward to the complementarities in resource endowment, production capacity cooperation and other areas.

在第十三届中部投资博览会期间，双方以此次博览会为契机，持续加强人员友好交往和各领域合作，坚持“一带一路”倡议积极响应，并且在各领域中深化交流合作，共同促进中泰命运共同体的建设与发展。
During the 13th Central China Investment Expo, the two sides took the Expo as an opportunity to continue to strengthen friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fields, to respond positively to the "Belt and Road" Initiative, and to deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields, so as to jointly promote the construction and development of the China-Thailand community of destiny.

Ltd. and had a talk.
